It appals me that anyone would think that the bump was intentional. It was not, period! He stepped out onto the floor to complain about the call and the referee changed direction and spun to go the other way (Fast Break) and Coach Clink was in the way. It is very unfortunate and i hate it for all parties: Coaches, refs, and players! The referee did what he had to do and Coach Clink understood and left pretty quietly. Some fans need to quit making assumptions and trying to stir something up. It is over, Coach Clink will sit his games and lets move on. These message boards spend way to much time trying to tear people down instead of building people up! If everyone on here would put more energy into talking about all the positive things that go on in sports it would be much more pleasant reading and uplifting! Have a great day!

I hope Coach Daniel does a fantastic job. I just hate to see any school consistently change coaches. It doesnt benefit anyone! Not the coaches, the school, or most importantly the players!

I have always been amazed that schools this small could field teams. I am surprised this doesn't happen more often. I hope there were not any senior girls who played. Shame that they would miss out on their senior season.

I really appreciate Buttels providing this opportunity for the schools in Northern Kentucky. It is also great experience for the players to be interviewed and talk on the air. It was neat listening to my son on the computer answer questions about his team and coach and plans for the future. Great job BUTTELS!

Thanksgiving Weekend has to be scrimmages in the state of Kentucky. Is your event regulation games or scrimmages?

Kentucky schools cannot begin regular season play until the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Don't ever accuse the ref of missing a call on purpose or that he is cheating. That will always get you in hot water! You can question a ref's call and his competency even, but if you question his integrity then you are "out of bounds"! Also, questioning a football referee and questioning a basketball referee are completely different. There is a lot more time between plays in a football game and it allows for more conversation. In basketball the game is moving a lot quicker.

Dayton applied for the grant. We have 85% free and reduced lunch. 200,000 could have helped us repair our stadium that was built in the 1920's.

In regards to Trinity's location the big gym they may have played in was Henry County High School. They have a big facility that was built in the 1950's or 1960's.

I scooped everyone on this one! Great to see Coach Eades back on the sidelines. Will this have any effect on the rivalry between Paris and Bourbon County.

How about Bob Eades? He lives in Bourbon County and is a retired educator. He could come back and coach and they would not have to hire a teacher this late in the game? Doesn't Bourbon County have some good nice young players?

Mason is between Corinth and Williamstown on US 25. Played my first competitive game in that school. It had become just an elementary school and i was in the 5th grade. The first shot i ever took in a game and i shot it over the backboard. THe difference in parents today and back then. My dad told me not to shoot again unless it was a lay-up.

Shining Stars - Simpson (16 U) won their first game last night at the King James Shootout. Kyle Kinmon had 9 in the win.

This brings up an interesting question: If you knew that she was leaving in the 6th grade should the coaches continue to build around her or should they have played the players that are committed to their school? Just asking????

Saw offensive kick called today in the girls 8th region final today. It is about the 4th time i have seen it called this year. It drives me nuts. Girl throws a pass and it hits the defender, bounces back at the girl who threw the pass she steps towards the ball, it hits her feet and the ref calls a kick. I just don't get it.
