Guys, I help put together the Ohio Valley Hoops Classic in Wilmington, OH. We are in the process of targeting teams for next year's event, which will be on Thanksgiving weekend. We shoot for the top teams, regardless of size or classification, then try to create good matchups. (Our schedule for this year is in another thread). We obviously are also looking for marque type players. This year we have Lex. Cath. and Campbell County as our only Kentucky teams. We would like to get a few more for next year. I know a lot of you see more Kentucky kids play than I get to see. I would appreciate your thoughts on top teams/players in KY. We can provide them matchups with some top teams here in Ohio. Thanks guys, and I really enjoy reading some of the stuff on this site. It is obvious that some of you are true high school basketball fans!

Correct. KHSAA shows that the first date for regular games next year is 12.1.15 .

Our event is regular season games, but I see you are correct. In 2015-16 KY cannot start until 11/30. We have our event coincide with the first weekend of the season here in Ohio. Most years, Kentucky starts earlier, but not next year. Well, I guess we will have no KY teams in our event next year. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I do appreciate those of you who had responded.
