SportsGuy41017
Johnson Central was 20-6 coming into this game and on a 4 game win streak. Their last lost was 3 weeks ago to Shelby Valley at home by 10. Shelby Valley came into the game at 10-17 though.
Cover Corner
This a huge upset? Not at all. Johnson Central had the most talent in the 15th, but most people considered their questionable coaching and lack of team chemistry 2 big reasons why they would not win the region. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians for the Golden Eagles. Valley beat JC earlier as SportsGuy41017 said. All in all this is how most of the coaches in the 15th saw Johnson Central's season ending. A loss to a team that was less talented, but better coached and more disciplined. ChickMagnet
Maybe Shelby Valley got hot at the right time! Its hard to count out a defending champ, maybe they had some bench players last year that are getting experience now.

sportsmaniac
Shelby Valley's players think they are suppose to win even if they don't have as much talent as the other team. A lot of times it is about mindset
