Ryle won't compete with the "big-boys" because they don't have the talent, plain and simple. Problem is all the snooty parents think they do and wine when anything on the field or behind the scenes doesn't go there way. The smaller numbers on the sideline are because of this. As far as the thread goes, Dixie has had a recent bad history of underachieving with good talent. They had a signature win against Trinity years back. Hopefully they can get a good coach to come in and make them a player in 6A Best of luck with there coach hunt.

I am still thinking that Coach Siple will be the choice at the end of the day. Given his success in OH and now at BC, two things come to mind for Siple. Coach of Yr in NKY and a chance to take over a very capable program with alot of very good athletes.

I think Tom has done as much as he could possibly have done at Dixie and overall did a pretty decent job giving the fact that he had to go through Ft Thomas every yr to get where he wanted to go.

I think if he would have been given the chance to stay in a class above the Birds each yr he would have won alot more games and probably would have seen a few opportunities to play in December. JMO.

Word on the street is that Borchers will be the new coach at Dixie...

You guys may be getting good info on possible candidates but I know interviews have not even taken place yet. I have been told this will not happen til after the holidays.
