I witnessed him acting like a total punk on the basketball court in elementary school. My kid would have been yanked off the court (by me) if he had acted that way. Zeke has never been held accountable for his actions. He got in trouble many times in high school and it was covered up, overlooked, whatever. This may be the time his parents can't come to his rescue.

No, YOU have no clue who it is. I'm quite sure Boone knows what they are doing.

Smith may have been uncomfortable with the teaching requirements of the Boone job. He's been out of teaching for several years and a lot has changed in that time in what's expected of high school teachers. Standards are very high now. Last thing he taught was Driver's Ed. Boone doesn't even offer that class. I doubt many high schools do.

If he's not hurt its either discipline or grades.

The choir was the best part of the game.

Boone couldn't do anything on offense, and Ryle wasn't much better. Second TD was scored by Kennedy running back a punt return.

Their defense was mostly, if not all, seniors last year. So they are inexperienced on D this year. Plus they have some players hurt, so it is what it is.

This game was sooo boring. No scoring after 1st quarter.

I know many students from Boone. I can sum up the many reasons for low student turn out at these games: Money (cost of ticket, plus parking) Transportation: lots of kids don't have their own cars, mom and dad probably need the car on a Sunday afternoon Work: Kids work on weekends Interest: Boone's team has been in the regional tournaments last few years, so maybe there's not that exitement (Like at Lloyd, for example) Other activites/obligations

That's a ridiculous statement.

There were actual students (shocking, I know) in the stands in front of me who were yelling at the band to play Rockytop, and the band obliged.

Of course a lot of kids will go when they go to Rupp! The transportation is provided, it's exciting, fun, AND you get out of school! You act like its a crime for high school kids to want a day off! I have raised 3 of them and they all would love a day off to go on a road trip. Geesh, why so hostile??
