I say that as a compliment and see zero problem with it. He does it the right way.

There was one instance where everyone thought Pike picked up a foul when he blocked a shot down low, but they called the foul on Hassel. Pike even thought the foul was called on him as he jogged towards mid court with the ball.

 

This was the block on Hightchew? How in the world this was called on Hassel, I will never know. It was just Pike and Hightchew in the play and I believe Hightchew shot two shots on the foul. Wow. Pike did go jogging towards mid court because he could not believe they called the foul on him, he thought it was all ball.

A lot of the kids on the court have been playing against each other for years now, and because they can't play with their cell phones now and text they actully have to comunicate by mouth.

When have I ran my mouth about him...Im just stating a fact. First person to respond agreed with me (CLYDE). If he's going to do it thats fine, he backs it up for the most part but don't think on a public forum its not going to be discussed when people are discussing trash talkers.

Hitchew talks more than any player i've seen in the 9th Region in 15yrs.

 

I can't remember if it was Guidugli or McGraw but one of the two Highlands stars were the biggest talkers that I can remember. Just can't remember which one.

What's the deal with the BOK and videoing.? This was an all-time classic game and there will be no video. Something needs to change.

Maybe this epic game not being video taped will help get it changed? If enough people complain about it they will change it! As I said about a week or so ago, the BOK still wants $10,000 for even a delayed telecast!

 

Maybe the good people at Dixie and NCC will let their game tapes out so we all can enjoy this one again!

They know eachother's game so it's all in a competative nature. Hightchew, Hatton, and Cohorn played select baseball with eachother for five years together years back. Those guys are friends and it showed after the game with them three talking together. No harm meant by it. Brady is no different than any other kid out there, maybe just a little louder. Fine young man in my book.

Would agree Wingman. I cant imagine any of these fine men meant any harm or foul by anything done during the game or any incidents after the game. I think they all played hard and showed each other respect after the game. This has to be one regional championship game for the history books!

Who cares. The kid played amazing and hit some huge shots in crucial situations! I think the chest pump was awesome! Good job Dixie

Ladies and gentleman, exhibit A for what's wrong with scholastic sports. I don't care one way or another about what Hatton did or didn't do. Not making judgement on him at all, it's no big deal.

 

What is a big deal though, is the entitlement the above posts give a kid. If you're good enough, you can do whatever you want, really? If you make a big shot, anything you do afterwards is awesome? Ever complain about the way guys act during college or pro games? Or the way they act like they are owed something off the field?
