Compare what you're reading to with what I'm reading...those Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. :lol2:

My daughter has started reading them & she loves them. I decided to read them with her & they are really funny. Plus, I can tell people that I read a book in a half hour.

Just started reading Richard Dawkins' "The God Delusion".

Well, I don't have any kids so I have no idea what the Wimpy Kid books even are. If they're any good, then so be it and enjoy.

Just started reading Richard Dawkins' "The God Delusion".

After reading that, may I recommend the John C. Lennox book "God's Undertaker: Has Science Buried God?" Lennox and Dawkins have had wonderful debates over the years.

"Where Nobody Knows Your Name: Life In the Minor Leagues of Baseball" - John Feinstein

Good book. I learned a few things I didn't know, found new respect for players, coaches, and umpires in the minors, and rekindled my interest in the game itself.

The Tale of The Tardy Oxcart by Charles Swindoll

Started a book Monday and finished it last night, almost record timing for me:

John Calipari's Players First: Coaching from the Inside Out

Really enjoyed it and highly recommend it for any but especially a Kentucky fan

"Hatching Twitter"

History of the company

Me: Stories of My Life by Katharine Hepburn

The office gets a lot of books in, so I've been perusing a few recently. Don't have the authors readily available.

A history on Paducah

A book on barn dances/hoedowns/etc. across Kentucky

A book about great Ky-bred handicap horses

A Red River Gorge guide

This week I've read "Caught" by Harlan Coben, "Roadside Crosses" by Jeffery Deaver, and "Impact" by Douglas Preston.

What is this one about? Horses that are handicapped or therapy horses for handicapped/special needs kids?

Is this his latest one? I know he just put out a new one. I'm waiting for my email from the library telling me it's in. I love those emails. It's like getting a gift! :lol2:
