January 7, 201412 yr On to The Assassin by Andrew Britton. It's the 2nd in his 6 book series centered around CIA operative Ryan Kealey. The first book, The American, was great. This one has started out strong as well.

January 10, 201412 yr Author Read "Darkness, Take My Hand" by Dennis Lehane. I thought I'd read all of his but evidently not. Currently reading "Hell's Corner" by David Baldacci.
January 10, 201412 yr Saw the trailer for the movie the other day when we went to see The Hobbit. Daughter and I are stoked. We saw it too when we went to see the second Hunger Games. Looks pretty good.
January 13, 201412 yr JP's "Mistress". (Co-author David Ellis) Pretty quirky mystery. But now I'm totally into it. Fast, entertaining read.
January 13, 201412 yr Taking Texas Criminal Procedure (read: Intro to Death Row). Reading "Chasing Justice" by Kerry Max Cook for the class. Actually looks pretty interesting. Guy spends 2 decades on death row in a ROUGH Texas prison for a crime he didn't commit. Also have some thrillers like "Oil and Gas, Cases and Materials, Ninth Edition" and "Texas Criminal Procedure, Professional Series, 11th Edition". :depressed:
