If the Bengals lose a couple of more games in the next three I would get him healthy and trade him for whatever I could get.

You might be on to something. Heck, the Texans just beat the Bengals without a tight end.

They don't need to move on from him. The Bengals will probably try to get him signed for cheaper due to injury concerns. However Eifert probably will sign elsewhere this off season just to get a fresh start.

It would have to be a really good deal for them to bring him back IMO. I’m not sure I would even want him back to be honest. You need guys that are available to play. He’s not an asset if he’s only playing in 50% of the games.

What is their choice really? Bigger needs in the draft other than drafting another TE. Kind of stuck with him. If they deal him he probably will play 100% of the games for whatever team he goes to. Just Bengal luck.
