1. Keep Coach Miller. He hasn't had time to build the program the way he wants to yet. Just give him time. As Coach Buckett said, Hills has a lot of young players right now and they will only get better with time. 2. Get Dylan Curry to keep improving. I remember there was a rumor after his freshman year that he could transfer to County and replace Ammons, but it never panned out. Curry is a heckuva kid and a great athlete. His size when I saw him play was unreal and his talent is immense. I expect good things to come from him in the next two years.

He's had one good year as a head coach. That's success? Heck, his best team at Baylor was what, 5-6?

Webb resigned shortly before Joe was fired. And if they want to do it right, North Hardin should hire someone outside the program.

I really wish I could be there for this game. Frankfort is a great team and Foley is a great coach. I agree with whomever said High has been knocking on the door the last few years and that it's their turn. FHS wins a close one, 35-24.

First time in over a decade Male has been held without an offensive TD.

KHSAA couldn't make up its mind what it wanted to call the state tournament. Last week alone the Web site changed from 6-A State Football Tournament to 6-A Prep Bowl every dang day.

They've changed it twice now. Monday it was 1-A/2-A/3-A/4-A/5-A/6-A Prep Bowl. Tuesday it was Class whatever State Football Championships. Now it's back to Prep Bowl. Make up your mind, KHSAA. (even though we all know it can't be done)

Um, try 2003 in the season opener. It was a 22-7 win, not a thumping IMO. Also, Manual wasn't that good that year, at least not as good as they are now...

Fields did play. He was limited to nine yards on two carries and completed one pass for -3 yards. Joe French threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns -- all to Maurice Gosa. Gosa caught five passes for 145 yards. In the three or four games I've covered of North's this year, this is far and away the best game I've seen from the Trojans.

Just talked to Coach Foley, and he isn't sure if E.J. isn't going to suit up Friday night. It all depends on if he practices tomorrow. North Hardin will be without LaRod King, who is done for the season with a broken thumb. Frankfort will pull out another close one, 35-21.
