jvdfc Posted November 3, 2007 Author Posted November 3, 2007 Put this one behind you Panthers. Get everybody healthy and get ready for a big playoff run.
pigman Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Desire for the Panthers took a night off. North Hardin wanted this one more than Frankfort, and that's just about the whole story.
CoachBuckett Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 The trojans did a good job of mixing up their play calling. Have to agree with Pigman Panthers lacked a little something tonight. I ope this was a humbling experience for the Panthers tonight.
sportanalyst$ Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Wow was Fields the only one who didnt play for the Panthers tonight?
JohnnyDrama Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Fields did play. He was limited to nine yards on two carries and completed one pass for -3 yards. Joe French threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns -- all to Maurice Gosa. Gosa caught five passes for 145 yards. In the three or four games I've covered of North's this year, this is far and away the best game I've seen from the Trojans.
TheDeuce Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 FHS didn't have any business playing NH anyway. Forget this game, it's meaningless.
westsider Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 In the three or four games I've covered of North's this year, this is far and away the best game I've seen from the Trojans.I take it those wideouts got a heck of lot better, huh?
westsider Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 FHS didn't have any business playing NH anyway. Forget this game, it's meaningless.True, and exactly.
nomorenoles Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Its hard for even the best class A teams to step up and play good teams North Hardins size. Beechwood is an exception this rule.
CoachBuckett Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 FHS didn't have any business playing NH anyway. Forget this game, it's meaningless. Actually FHS does have business playing this game. FHS program is on a different level. Not Saying FHS would have won, but if every 100% it might had been a little closer. FHS used this game to prepare themselves for the playoffs.
austinman1 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Frankfort is a class program and will go far in the playoffs. This game with N. Hardin was meaningless, but a great test for them. There is a difference between 1A football and 6A regardless of record. Frankfort has a stout team with tough backs. I don't think Fields is yet 100%, but when he is, watch out.
Buffalo Gap Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Its hard for even the best class A teams to step up and play good teams North Hardins size. Beechwood is an exception this rule. You might want to add NewCath, Mayfield and Danville to that list. Danville, back in 2004, thumped Manual in the season opener, 25-0.
