For the record!! Nick will stay and graduate from Trinity. Bobby Jr. and Katie will head to Atlanta this week and older sister will graduate from UofL. The Trinity family will miss all of you and best of luck in Atlanta. Can we close this thread. GO ROCKS!

It was great! Season highlight video was awesome!!! Seems to be a tradition since the Brohm years. LSU! You were thanked by Coach Beatty for your unconditional support along with a few other people ( Mama Rocks, Rockwatchers, Smashgraphix, Chain Gang etc.)

I have enjoyed reading this thread today, the last day of 2006! The 07 Season can't come soon enough for me. I would say Trinity is the favorite in 6A with St.X, Henry Clay and Male close behind, in that order. T has a lot of starters coming back and the skilled positions are full of speed. I am sure the skeptics are questioning the QB spot. Beatty/Coverdale have a proven system that works and Will Stein will do just fine! Happy New Year to all BGP's and GO ROCKS!!!

Trinity has replaced the MBA game with Cinn. StX. at StX. Iwill miss the road trips to Nashville, but I will enjoy the trip to the Queen City. GO ROCKS!

Highlands will not be on Trinity's schedule next year. T has filled that suspect date with Cinn. StX.

Good post, LSU, I think you are right on... the big 3 win with superior coaching and the system they use. T wins more because the Beatty system is far more superior and the T kids buy into it! Proof is in the pudding (17)!!

Trinity has added Cinn. StX to the 2007 Schedule. The game will be played in Cinn. as the 3rd game of the season. GO ROCKS!

I’m not sure what game some of you people were watching. But there were far more Trinity fans than Ryle fans at the state game. All the Suites and 99% of the B&W area, which is on the Ryle side were T fans.

Could be Bobby P., but I like Cameron Smyth who will be a junior. He could be groomed to run the offense for two years (comes from good stock, his Dad was a great player on the 77 title team and went on to play at Kentucky for Claiborne). Cameron moves well and will only get better at throwing the ball under great coaching. I hope Will recovers well from his injury. I like Bobby P. at strong safty and receiver. GO ROCKS!

Nick will not have surgery. Just rest and physical thearpy. He will be a great coach one day...

In our house (THS) the coaches work with Balfour (Jewelry Store) and then consult with the SENIORS on the design of the ring. The order form come home to the parents in late January. Delivery time just befire SPRING BREAK! There are 3 choices: 1. BPS- Two precious white metal-silver and platinum, $339.00. 2.BPA- An exclusive yellow metal with silver, gold and palladium, $389.00. 3. 10K Gold, $560.00. The rings are customize with Name, Number and Position on side of the ring and name engraved on inside of ring. Get your check book out! It's worth it!! P.S. I bought two!!

I love Lampley!! But when Beatty retires, it will be him. He has had 6 appearances in 7 years, and 5 titles. A national top 5 ranking and the best KY team of all time in 02. What will make him the greatest when we look back, is the style of offense he has brought to the high school level (inovative and always changing)!!! As a footnote, Lampley will get some credit for this catch, finding him in Kansas City... GO ROCKS!

Props to LSU and Rock85! Deep down we T & X fans in a lot of areans have grown up together and have gathered together in various social scenes. Some people outside the catholic circle just don't get it! That's OK! We still have a day job!! It really comes down to bragging rights! And, we have had it for a while! Thanks Coach Beatty, coaching staff and all of 2006 repeat (8-times) football team!!! GO ROCKS!

The last time I saw a football game, there were 11 players for each team on the field! 7 on 7 is not a guage for ranking teams. As I have stated before, it is just a great opportunity for quarterbacks and receivers to work on timing. Nothing more-nothing less!!
