X always look good at freshman level then falls short of everyone expectations could be the varsity coaching

 

Male looses alot of seniors this year and the tank appears pretty empty for a couple of years.

 

Trinity will struggle early because of the loss of Petrino at QB

The offense loses Jeter and Minnifield, but return entire offensive line, quarterback, halfback, and receiver Aaron Boyd.

 

Defense should/must improve.

I HIGHLY doubt that. No disrespect to the Lexington teams, but I just don't think the Big 3 will be sinking very far, if at all.

 

PRP will become a question mark, considering how dissappointing they were this season, although they SHOULD improve.

 

I completely agree about Male. They'll likely be at the bottom of the Big 3. Maybe they'll even take a couple of surprise losses (hopefully from Manual). But then again, Redman has the sick ability to come up with a superstar or two out of nowhere.

 

Manual has some beasts returning, so I'm really interested to see what kind of season they'll be having.

Without hitting a nerve it will be the same as it usually is with one of the Big three winning it all.

With all due respect, Jeter and Minnifield made up 90% of their offense. Boyd will be a threat. You are right about the HC's defense.

 

I would love to see the BIG name schools jump up to 6A, especially those NKY teams who think they can complete with the larger schools. But, they will stay content remaining in 4 or 5A.

FYI. There are no NKY. schools in 4A, and the ones I'm guessing you're referring to, petitioned the state to move to 5A. NKY is well represented in 6A though.

Yeah, if CCH and Highlands don't play up 2 and 3 levels than they're ducking good teams. That's the ticket.

Trinity will be in a rebuilding year. New QB, need 1/2 OL, only 3 returning starters on defense. X should get the nod......
