Conrats to all the players chosen. A special CONGRATS to Drew Rice from Ludlow. A great young man with a tremendous work ethic.

The bottom line is Ludlow needs to play mistake free football to beat Bellevue. They are capable of winning this game. Hopefully they don't lay another egg like last week and they come out and play smash mouth football.

That's a very good question. I look forward to that matchup this year. And Ludlow laying the proverbial egg year in and year out against Beechwood is really getting frustrating. I'm not saying they should be beating them, but I do think the Panthers should be giving them alot more competition. Hope that changes soon.

Maybe not the best game the Panthers have played, but a win nonetheless. This win gave them a playoff spot and that has to be rewarding for this program.

I have to go with the Panthers in this titanic struggle.

I can see them going 6-4 or possibly 7-3 at best.

I agree that Coach Hornsby is the right fit for this program and I look for this program to keep making positive strides.

Spoke with Coach Stamm yesterday and he isn't going anywhere. Anything posted to the contrary is strictly rumor.

I'm gonna throw Drew Rice from Ludlow in here. He should have a real nice senior season, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Ludlow did change their schedule for this year and dropped Grant County, Scott and Lloyd, and picked up Walton Verona (district), Taylor,Ohio and Bracken County. Playing those bigger schools did nothing to help the program.

I'm just curious where you guys that watch alot of teams play would rank Daniel Hammons from Ludlow? Does he make the top 5 or 10?

The Panthers lost alot of leadership and will need to fill some holes. With the changing attitude going on in the program, I look for a few new kids to play that will contribute. Alot of underclassmen played last year and gained some experience, that will only help this coming season.

I'm pretty sure they named Coach Stamm before the holidays.

At Ludlow there is a golf outing every year where all the money goes to the football program, but it isn't ran by the boosters. The advertising for it will be coming soon to the advertising forum on BGP.

I would rather play. I also asked my kids this very question and they also said they would rather play than be a tackling dummy, just to get a ring.
