A Championship caliber team must prepare for each opponent without any distractions. This week is no exception . Nicholas Co. will come out fired up and ready to send Raceland home with a loss. The Rams must stay focused and ready to carry out the coaches game plan. I believe they do just that. Racleand 38 Nicholas Co. 16

I had Bath Co. picked to win this one and was wrong. Fairvew's coaching staff did a great job preparing their kids for this one. Congratulations to Coach McPeek and his kids on a very solid win. The Eagles are playing well and will be a tough opponent for anyone in the playoffs.

:thumb::thumb: :thumb::thumb The Rams defense was physical from the first whistle to the last and their speed on defense last night was impressive. Their LB's played extremely well on pass coverage.

A very impressive performance from the defense and special teams. The Rams Team defense held Painstville to 48 yds. offense in the first half and the Tigers didn't pick up a first down until 4.31 in the 2nd qtr. John Scott Carver did a great job on punt returns once again and Bobby McKee continues to show his abilities on kickoff returns. Congrats to the Rams on the Victory!!!!

The field at Raceland drains very well since the addition of the "crumb rubber" so I don't think rain ( if it rains Friday) will be a factor. It has been so dry the slow steady rain we are getting today should soak in quick. I believe the forecast for Friday predicts zero rain.

After reading the part I placed in bold you may be required to turn your head and cough!!!!:laugh:

It is good he gets the opportunity to play and enjoy his high school experience. I wish him the best. With his size, combined with a determined work ethic on the court and in the classroom, he could have a bright future ahead.
