Congratulations Coach McPeek and Fairview on a big win tonight!

Congrats to a good Fairview team! Bath Co. looked good coming out of the locker room in the 2nd half but could not stop #11 from Fairview.

Congrats to the Fairview players and coaches on a great win!!!! Keep up the good work this coming week. Who is it you play? Oh yeah, LCA!!!!! Play hard and get that 2 spot in the district!!!!!!

Matt Jones 175 Yards on 15 carries, and 81 Yard KO return for TD. Fairview is 6-1 I bet nobody thought they would be at this point.

You're right. But quality kids and great coaching will take you far in high school football, and you have both.

Congratulations to Fairview…very nice win. This was a good game to better gauge the quality of this Eagle team and also a well timed ramp up for their next opponent.

I picked Bath to take this one…and glad to be wrong when it comes to our local teams winning.

Good luck to Fairview next Friday against LCA.

I had Bath Co. picked to win this one and was wrong. Fairvew's coaching staff did a great job preparing their kids for this one.

Congratulations to Coach McPeek and his kids on a very solid win.

The Eagles are playing well and will be a tough opponent for anyone in the playoffs.

Congrats to the Eagle's Football Program. Good kids + good coaching + teamwork = wins.

You're right on that point; I certainly didn't.

This was a good win for the Eagles because it was over a quality opponent with a winning record. The true test comes at LCA.

I didn't make any call on what kind of record they would have at this point but I did say and repeated that Fairview would be a pretty good football team this season.

The Eagles season thus far does not really suprise me at all. Actually, going back and looking at who Faiview has played the only other loss that I thought they would have right now was Bath Co.. I was obviously wrong about this one but the results from the rest of them aren't really suprising.

:thumb: Ditto.

If Fairview beats LCA they will get my attention. But I don't see that happening. Boyd Co. should be a good game for Fairview.

At the beginning of the season I had Boyd beating Fairview by at least 2 touchdowns, now I'm thinking this is going to be one tough game for the Lions to pull off.

That night should be a huge crowd at Fairview, because both Ashland and Russell are off that night. It should be one heck of a football game, Fairview would have nothing to lose and all to gain. In my opinion Boyd County is the only one with pressure, bigger school and is supposed to win.
