Let's not jump to conclusions, just yet!!!! In all fairness to the kids who have worked hard, let's give them their chance to prove what they can do in the next 5 weeks. After the season we can revisit the subject for some constructive discussion. Go Tigers!!!

Trinity hosts Cocoa Fla. St. X host Cincy Moeller

Tigers are no where near the trouble that the Rocks are in as far as scheduing is concerned. Tigers have had a full schedule of regular season games for many years, at least 30!!! St. X has not had the boycott from JCPS schools that Trinity has, hence first six games on the 2014 Trinity schedule. St. X has traditionally played out of town and state opponents dating back to at least 1959. Typically St. X will play one, two or three out of state opponents each season. Many JCPS teams would love to be on the St. X schedule for the revenue that is generated via fan attendence, regardless if it is home or away. The same can be said for Trinity, however the JCPS teams choose not to play Trinity. You can read into it what you want, I've a pretty good idea why not....

Big game for the Tigers!!! If (Yes, I know its a BIG word...) the Tigers can come away with a W, just might be the spring board they need for the remainder of the season. Really need to see difference making ability demonstrated in Offense (running and passing), Defense (capturing more TO's) and Special Teams getting on the scoreboard... With the Bowling Green game the only blemish on the record, Tigers are better than advertised, just need to have a game where it all comes together!!!!! Go Tigers!!!

Absolutly no reason to come out flat and not be on top of your game this week vs. Fairdale. I expect sparks from the first whistle!!!!

^ I hear you JR!!! Ii agree things are not as bad as the current "perception". I think we all just want to see X return to the days of realistically competing for a State Championship. I think they can do it, just have to prove it on the field!!!!!! When I mean "compete" I don't mean loose second or third round of playoffs...... We have done that before !!!!! Time to get over the hump and the best way is to start improving and demonstrating this against good competition.... Go Tigers!!!

We will learn more about this X team and coaching staff in the first three minutes of this game....

This is the game of the Week in Kentucky!!! If I was in O'boro this Friday I would go to see this one for sure!!!! I picked Bowling Green however it would not surprise me to see OHS give em a game at least for half or three qtrs.....

Not so Fast All Tell. X needs to prove it can win the "big" game(s) like Trinity, Cincy Moller, Male, Manual and Cincy St. X for starters....... A win, no matter how large vs. Fairdale means nothing except to build confidence and get experience. These are two key factors for down the stretch, however the competition will be considerably more diffucult come post season!!!!

Come on guys => The CJ has to sell newspapers in new markets.....

Should be a gap of about 5 spots after 3. Scott Co. . . . Then put all the rest at No. 8 till third week of playoffs . . .

If Bowling Green breaks the streak, then they will will be the record holder and all others will be subnotes. A Streak is a Streak regardless of what your schedule looks like. Some schedules are tougher than others however, if the Streak is your ultimate goal, then schedule soft teams.... I do not think Bowling Green has scheduled "soft" teams to enable the streak!!!! Good Luck to the Purples, I hope they set a new record!!!

^ I did not say they are under achieving! If they continue to make the same misstakes that cost them the W vs. Bowling Green, then we will have to reevaluate the situation come November.... WRT personnel, if X has the ability to drive inside the 20 multiple times vs. Bowling Green, then they have the ability to finish the drive!!!! Lack of personnel is not an acceptable answer!!!!

If X can not fix the problems of poor execuition in the green zone, then this season will be an addition to the growing list of under achieving teams. You can't beat anybody but yourself when you get nothing on repeated trips inside the 20 and accompany this with very poor clock management. OK, I stated the obvious. Lets see if its corrected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully he has a chance to return late in the season...!

Glad to see St. X finally using the runway and drone launch pad that was installed two years ago....
