The Central Yellow Jackets travel to St. X to take on the Tigers. Central has been close to knocking off the Tigers the last few years, who are winless against the Tigers in 33 meetings. Will Central be able to knock off the Tigers this year or is St. X just a little too much this year? What does St. X have to do to get the bad taste of a loss against Moeller out of their mouths?

St. Xavier 21-7.

33-21 St X. For some reason I think there will be scoring in this game

The St. X defense will hold Central down and the Tigers will win fairly easily.

Tigers - 28

Yellowjacts - 7

Central is a shell of their former selves.

As is X, but Hambone there is no way central scores that many points on this X d. I'll say 35-10 in X's favor.

Kinda hard to be optimistic at this point. Just sayin!!!! Have not seen a whole lot to hang my hat on!!!!!!

St Xavier defense is way too good to give up 21 to Central. 31-7 St X

If Central somehow manages to beat X on Friday, which I highly doubt, where would that put X and Wolford?

AT, I believe you already know the answer to that question.

Let's not jump to conclusions, just yet!!!! In all fairness to the kids who have worked hard, let's give them their chance to prove what they can do in the next 5 weeks. After the season we can revisit the subject for some constructive discussion.

Go Tigers!!!

Ridiculous question

I am not a St X fan but I agree with you. Comments like these do not help any of the student athletes who are putting in the work. This year has been ridiculous with all of the firings in mid season. For the sake of the students let's put these things to rest.

Did you not read the question? I said I highly doubt that would happen, X's d this year is stout and can play with anyone in ky or the region I believe. If they can find a little bit of offense that can shock some people come November. I just thought the question wasn't out of the question because of the lack of offense we have this year. If central can somehow score some points this will be a closer game than I imagine.
