The drive of 116 miles did not all of a sudden get longer when Coach Spencer got the job, it was 116 miles when he interviewed and took the job. If you want to WIN even coaches find a way to get it done. Right TB&G?

MAN MADE ATHLETES If you dont have athletes you better makeem or be prepared to lose. If the coach going make them lift at 6am then he better be there to show he is committed at 6am. Maybe he can go 6am to 6pm like a few coaches I know.

Bourbon is getting turf, new scoreboard, new lights, practice field, and resurface track.

Fred Hoskins is a very good football coach and a fine man that has spent many years working under one of the best football coaches in Ky. high school football history. Fred knows what it takes to turn a program around. If he wants the Madison Southern job then it would be hard to find anyone any better. IMO

Johnny Poynter has NO interest in the Madison Southern head coaching position. He is working from 6am to 6pm trying to build the program at Bourbon. GO COLONELS!!!!!

Yes 3 classes would have 9 districts games in most cases and would have teams have only one non district game. Blow outs happen sometimes in the first round and sometimes in the championship games just like option right stated. Just look at the SEC championship game.

Why would someone "retire" a week before the season starts? Looks like a bad way to do the kids if "retired" is correct. Something dont smell right about this, smells like a shunk or maybe a cooperhead.

Bourbon has had ALOT of injuries this year. Bourbon has 40 players on their team. At the Mason/Bourbon JV game monday night Bourbon had 10 nonfreshman football players on the field. 3 of those were sick, 1 had a bad ankle and 1 had never played football in his life. Looked like Mason had 40 players. Bourbon kids really steped and showed that they have alot of fight in them. Good job Coach Barnes and the "tiny ten"
