What in Matneys past disproves or down grades the fact the kid kicked a 58 yarder in a game? I'm no fan of Matney so I won't ever defend him but his players and their accomplishments shouldn't be lumped into its just Matney being a clown.

Of course it's legit you can't fake a game in a kick. What is said is the kid goes to JC so it's questioned on here. If he went to Highlands it would be what a great kid he is and they should do everything it takes to get him the record. Hate Matney if you want but don't take a sophomore kids thunder that just kicked a 58 yard field goal.

Those football predictions went great for me, I got a lot of mileage out of them on here. I'm actually an adopted Highlands fan, just got tired of all the thread jacking by a fan base this season and decided to have some fun. With that being said I'm sticking with my 31-28 call on this one.

So the game was close at half time because Highlands wanted it to be so their best players could play the whole game. This fan base always amazes me. Great team, great program, great coach, fan base (of course not all fans) not so great.

The mighty birds lose a game and the refs are now an issue. This is the only Highlands thread (out of the thousands) I have enjoyed this season. No one may be blaming the loss on them but whining is still whining.
