Going to be interesting to watch this play out. Will it be one of the classics? Parent got a job transfer/offer in Hazard or going to take care of a sick grandmother.

Local radio said the new PCC coach has confirmed this transfer. I don't see SC taking this lightly I predict this one will end up in court over eligibility.

It was in jest guys. Im aware it's mot Highlands decision. However I do wonder if some of their fan base doesn't get tired of the competition or lack of.

How do Highlands fans stay excited knowing they are in 4A? That's like Alabama playing in the MAC. This game shows that the Birds need to ask the KHSAA to move up to 6A.

Johnson Central’s Shane Hall Sheldon Clark’s Justin Johnson, The top sleeper is East Ridge sophomore Ray Kasongo. Nice to see some nice young talent in the 15th.

Ill never try to defend crazy fans even when from my school. Im sure some JC fans were acting like idiots and should have been removed from the event. I was only pointing out that some were dropping to their same level on here. In hind sight I realize Im outside the golden triangle and shouldnt have posted my thoughts on this.

Congrats to Highlands, you guys are that much better than JC and won despite " the refs and the fans". This website cracks me up. Does the "Linebacker" confronting someone and getting ready to "Ho Chi Minh beard knocked off" or a fan using terms like "looking like Moses" and "big oral cavity" have more class than this bad fan? No matter how bad this fan/fans were guys its called the high road, some should learn to take it. At every school, including Highlands, for every bad fan there are 20 good fans. Good luck the rest of the way in winning another state title.

Anyone have the game results from Homers senior season?

Not sure if the stats I found are correct but he has had games this season of 9,16,16 and 19 carries. He has had 30 or more only 3 times. One was a loss, one was a game they trailed at the half, and well last week I can only explain as the last home game for the best football player the school has ever had. Could he have been taken out earlier in some games............yes. Is it as bad as one poster on this site makes it out to be.................No. I can find very little stats/results for Mr. Homers senior season but if what Ive seen is correct he averaged 19.6 carries a game while Jude is averaging 23.9, not really that big of a difference but that info is useless until I find the scores from Homers games to compare to.

The Eagles just dont have what it takes to beat Highlands. As an Eagles fan, if it does get out of hand I hope he lets Jude carry the ball 50 or 60 times against the second, third and fourth string from Highlands. Atleast we will have something to talk about on here. It hurts me to say but the Jude era comes to an end with Highlands winning 60-28 .

Lets see a show of hands of how many people can remember the score of all of Homers games.........................................and in a few years no one will be talking about the scores from Judes games either.

I dont know how much he played last night but are we really going to complain about a kid getting 21 carries? Some people refuse to give credit to any kid east of Lexington. How sad some adults are.
