Okay one word didn't get it. Parking for buses and spectators. It would have to coincide with UK's Spring Break if on campus to even have a chance.

I played yesterday at Indian Creek in Mt. Sterling. First time I've played in two weeks. Shot a 79 (+8). I'm playing Saturday with my father-in-law at Griffin Gate. I haven't played my own ball there in years. It's usually a scramble when I play it. Next weekend I'll be making my yearly trip "back home" for the Joe Mooney Invitational at Cynthiana CC. Great event on a fun golf course.

The USGA seems to be the type of organization that instead of reconciling it's previous goof-ups, just looks to keep its name on the front of the sports page. There are lots of ins and outs to hosting an event these days, but I think they need to rely on their "old faithfuls" when it comes to hosting US Opens.

So jealous. This sounds like an awesome adventure.

We tried Carson's in Lexington last night. It was okay. Highlight of the meal was dessert. The bread pudding was the best I've ever tasted. Made up for the mediocre steak I ordered.

Coach Whitaker is now 25-5 in regional semifinal games. And when Harrison Co wins a regional tournament game at home, I have a hard time saying it's an upset. Just my opinion.

Monday 11:00- Mason Co vs. Brossart 1:00- Harrison Co vs. Montgomery Co 3:00- Campbell Co vs. Bracken Co 5:00- Bourbon Co vs. Nicholas Co.

They do not. Some associations do (within a certain number of years of graduation). However, with the lack of officials across the state, I'm guessing they put the best out there that they have.
