  1. park on the road, in the church lot, pretty much any place you can find an opening. love going and watching games there, great atmosphere. Looking forward to a good high school football game.
  2. any pics available for the inside as well. Would like to see the locker room, weight room, etc.
  3. What is the status on this hire? Anyone heard anything? With June right around the corner and summer basketball plans taking place how close are they to naming a coach?
  4. How do you go about motivating kids to come to the weight room. Have tried the rewards from time to time which seems to work, but still need something else. If we had 50-60 kids on our team, could "cut" but can't do that, we are a small school and numbers aren't in our favor?
  5. No word on this potential Gold Mine. I know of 2 people that have applied and as of last night one told me he has NOTHING. Currently coaching out of state, local guy, would be excellent. I would only hope that the administration of Station would get a hire in place soon so that those kids aren't cheated any opportunities.
  6. I know this has been discussed before but with the weather turning who is using/has indoor facilities. maybe we can get some pics as well. Just curious as the team I support is watching and wishing we were practicing in this weather.
  7. who is the new kid that mayfield got eligible last week from Arkansas?
  8. Frankfort shot their selves in the foot with turnovers, bad kick coverage. No disrespect to the Ads but game was closer than score. Danville interior 5 line controlled game, but if Frankfort scores right before half on a no called pass interference things could have been different. Regardless good hard fought football game and good luck to the ADS in the playoffs.
  9. Would this put Coach McKee on the hot seat???
  10. Strange format, but from my understanding Frankfort came away with a 3-1 or 2-1 TD lead. Again, scrimmage so hard to tell. Frankfort appeared to have 2-3 players on the sideline in street clothes, not sure if they were starters or not. LCA looked good, but just had to many turnovers.
  11. Frankfort High School comes to mind. Not sure of records or anything but I know the last few years they are been pretty solid.
  12. With the Sweet 16 tipping off yesterday and a ton of bball coaches in the area, what are the rumors out there. I know these coaches are talking, AD's are talking, so there has to be something/someone out there that is being considered.
  13. Has this been finalized????? What is the holdup?
  14. Kudos to both teams. Bellevue is solid, Buckler is a tough kid. Great high school football game. With that being said, Frankfort had chances and didn't take advantage. They must become more mature next year if they want to advance. Got a great core coming back, just have to get serious. Some of the kids need to look in the mirror and get stronger and not talk about it but DO IT.......Frankfort coaching staff should be recognized for what they did. Take a D1 tailback off the team, 1AA wide receiver, with injuries, other kids with grades, then other injuries and to still go 8-4 is a good sign for things to come. Great job FHS coaches. Keep doing what you do for these kids. Anyone can coach when you got talent, to coach with good kids and do things that they did is great.:dancingpa
  15. Who is the OC that played at Georgetown? What is their base offense and defense?
  16. Heard that the spencer coach was tossed in the final minute(s) of the game??? Any truth, couldn't make it and would hate for him to be out of the next game.
  17. Even if things don't go the Panthers way I don't see the wheels falling off. To many good coaches. Remember the Panthers will not have faced a Class A team outside of Paris until they get into district play. I believe that once they get into district they will be fine, when they face their own type of teams. This schedule that Foley set was in place when they had Weaver and Tillman. Tough schedule with those guys, take 2 PLAYERS off the team makes them a legit Class A team. Can they compete with the bigger schools, sure, numbers will wear on them, but they can compete, and then when the Brackens, Eminences, Trimble and Gallatins come a rolling you will see them rocking in Bellepoint. Don't think they have given up or plan on it.
  18. The panthers will be fine. Just a good dose of reality kicked in. I'm sure that this week in practice will be intense........to FHS credit they have not practiced with the same 11 on offense or defense for 2 consecutive days. Once the players realize that they aren't going to show up and win, but they must put forth some effort things will be fine. Hope they can get healthy and the community has faith. Rome wasn't built in a day.
  19. Who else is Highlands scrimmaging. If I'm correct that counts towards their scrimmage total.
  20. Need to add, Ball State, Kentucky and Indiana has informed them that they are planning.
  21. Hip Hop, how is Dwight doing in the weight room. I know he has ton of potential, but I'm sure he needs to get bigger and stronger as most high school kids do? Just curious, he could be the key to the teams success this year if he gets in there and works hard.
  22. Congrats brother. You have deserved it from your good ole football buddy. I told you, you were the king....hahahahaha. Will be rooting for you,
  23. So who interviewed yesterday? Names?????
