Based on common opponents, specifically Owensboro, McCracken, and Marshall, Daviess county should be a prohibitive favorite.

It feels like Owensboro has a Kick of return for a touchdown every year against Graves County.

I don't necessarily agree on scrapping the RPI all together, we need some kind of computer model to make sure the best teams are not match up in the Second and third round. Now i do think reseeding the final eight 1-8 is a big deal. I remember in previous years St. X had to play Male in the 3rd round, because they were both in the " West" side of the state. The final 8 just needs to be seeded 1-8, a team should not be at the mercy of where there school is located.

This is absolutely correct, Coach Kemp has definitely turned that program around, when it looked like the program may be dead in the water just a couple years ago.

I am going to go with Ryle, I know Ryle lost the game but the 13-3 game Ryle played with St. X is very impressive. Beechwood is very good and I wish they played Ryle, likely would be an awesome game.

I unfortunately do not see any way this game will be close, Georgia has beaten the brakes off of 2 teams that are at worst similar to UK, along with the game being in Athens, I do not see the Cats having much of a chance.

No chance Georgia would be a double digit favorite over Bama.

He is no longer on the team. McCracken lost a big senior class last year, and they didn’t have much to replace them in the younger grades.

The entire situation has been an unmitigated disaster, the jags are one of the worst offenses in the NFL( The side of the ball in which Urban coaches primarily). They have one of the lowest motion rates in the NFL, and one of the lowest Play action rates in the NFL, both which have a strong correlation with offensive success. Besides the lack of offensive success, the fact he becomes unhinged so easily, hired Chris Doyle as his strength coach, who has many many issues of his own, and the entire Tebow situation, showed how unfit Urban Meyer is to be an NFL head coach.

I like MC in this game, but should be a really close game, I could see the teams splitting the regular season and post season matchups.

Number matter to a point, it just makes your margin of error really small. You just need your players to be good, and you have to stay healthy.

Number are down big time from the last year Jackson was here, and the entire middle school system is a far cry what what it once was. Now who's fault is a different question but there are issues around the program.

I would say so, 5A is probably the deepest class in the state, with the most year to year variance on who can win, just look in the last 5 years, we have had 3 different champions.

I wasn’t incredibly high on the Mustangs before the year but never saw 2-8 coming, I will say the biggest factor in the collapse has been the secondary, McCracken lost all but one member of the secondary from last year, 3 graduated, and one broke his foot. McCracken has given up yards in the air to everyone. The offense hasn’t been great, but they have shown some more promise, they have moved the ball in every game beside the Bowling green game, but penalties and turnovers have prevented them from putting up nearly enough points to win.

This is easily the most impressive win by any team in the state this year.

This game was never close, and given the score of Henderson vs Marshall, Daviess is clearly the favorite in the district.

McCracken County being terrible is not good for Mayfield, as well as Tilghman and Hopkinsville being down.

That feels about right to me, McCracken will likely be able to put up some points, but Daviess County should be able to score at will.
