Good point! Refs can't call walks anymore. You can run straight ahead and take an extra step and they will not call a walk. However, if you dare change direction or give a fake it is called a walk 50% of the time, no matter what! IMO

I have to wonder how much more patience the Ft. Thomas faithful are going to have with Coach Flynn. Coach Schlarman left 4 years ago with a 21 win season since then the Bluebirds have won 14, 14, and last year 10. Now they have started out slow losing big a couple of times and now only scoring 35 pts in a game against Betsy Layne??? How tight is the leash getting???

Good post jaws. However, Bourbon, Garrard, Shawnee, and Taylor County aren't exactly at the top of the food chain in 3a, 4a, and 5a.

My thoughts were never to imply that refs are not good. They just need to call more fouls.

What does it mean to be a ticky tac foul? If your hands are on the player it is a foul! I am more bothered about the checking of cuts. People want hire scoring, but it is hard to score when you can't run an offense.

I watched a game tonight which was survival of the fittest. There could have been a foul called every trip! Kids cannot even cut to get the ball because of the holding and body blocking. It is not fun to watch!!!!

Fans need to learn refs might miss calls, but they don't cheat. GC people always seem to have a chip on their shoulder towards refs.
