  1. That statement is not true at all. There has never been pre-sale tickets at HC before district games. It is the same at any other gym you get in line and wait to get in except their gym is a lot smaller. Can you blame them for wanting to have a home court advantage when usually playing either the one or two seed in first round of districts. The only other solution IMO would be to move it to a neutral court EVERY YEAR, since I see it as unfair for one team to have home court advantage year in and year out.
  2. They just beat Villa by 30. The other two could, but I don't see it happening.
  3. I couldn't have said it any better, thank you.:thumb::thumb:
  4. NCC by as much as they want. I see them being very fired up after that last second shot loss to Newport.
  5. O, sorry I thought The Hulk was referring to the "show" before the game of dunks because I forgot it was at Cov Cath rather then Holmes, but yes you must get there early i'm sure.
  6. I don't know if Holmes warm-ups will be as good as earlier in the year. After the Connor game they haven't been doing many dunks since Elijah got a Technical before the game for dunking. I'm not sure if they don't now for good or what, but I watched the HC vs. Holmes game and didn't see any dunks in warm-ups.
  7. I would say Bryan has a little bit to back it up averaging 35 ppg. and I believe leading the state in it.
  8. I think we'll see those matchups as well and with that said I look for Riley to have a very big night.
  9. Well, Rico is going to be to fast for all of Cov Cath unless they start a three guard line up and put Maile on him. It's kind of like picking your poison.
  10. That is what a player should expect when they are guarding one very tightly. Without a doubt it is very good defense, but the other player is going to be shoving and elbowing you back when that's how they are going to have to get open night in and night out. Basketball is a physical sport and most the time the players have respect for each other and know it's just part of the game. That's why there are no retalliations usually. Now, I wasn't at the game, but from what I have read on this thread it doesn't sound like Bryan was cheapshotting at all, but instead just being physical.:thumb:
  11. Yea he has heart for the game which is one reason I like his play a lot, but I agree he can get out of control.
  12. From what I saw over the summer he had a pretty decent shot, but I haven't seen him recently so I can't comment on that. I think he would be a good option to guard Ricardo with his physicality.
  13. I don't know much about the team for CCH but would Counts be considered? He is a physical body who can play guard for them.
  14. Did he go with different players in that game or... Sorry I wasn't there so I don't know.
  15. If it is at Holmes then the head people at Holy Cross need to be told, but right now i'm going to go with what they are saying. But back to the topic I see Holmes winning by 10-15.
  16. No, It's at Holy Cross this year. I have contacts that have talked to both Anne Julian and Clay Eifert and all have said that it is at HC this year.
  17. I agree with you that other players are scoring almost just as much with less shots, but Curry has to take those shots and that many to make his team have a chance in a lot of games this year. IMO
  18. I honestly don't know who to pick as it will be very close. IMO
  19. I'll take Campbell by 4 with Nerl having a big night.
  20. That was just the Cantrell Rankings that I think you're referring to.
  21. Mark it down they're going to surprise some teams next year.:thumb:
  22. The Devils must have played good ball tonight. I couldn't make it out to the game but heard it was a dandy.
  23. Hmmm Holy Cross might have something to say about that...:fight:
