StickerMann
So the winner of the 10th vs. the 13th looks like they will play the "Boys from Sandy Hook" in Round Two?? That bottom bracket appears to be loaded!!
Theoldman12
Who's looking to be the favorite in the 12th region this year for all "a".
Eta Rho
Is Corbin considered an "A" team? If so, them against EC in the second round should be a great game.
Lion Mania
Is Corbin considered an "A" team? If so, them against EC in the second round should be a great game. Corbin is not an A Team. Middlesboro or Pineville are probably the favorites in the 13th region with Bishop Brossart the favorite in the 10th. Saturday's second SF could be a Elliott-Shelby Valley matchup. Hazard and Bardstown look like the favorites in the top bracket.
addout
Is Corbin considered an "A" team? If so, them against EC in the second round should be a great game. No they're not. The KHSAA web site has Corbin with a 2007 four year student enrollment of 706. In 2007 there were 76 schools with a larger enrollment and 133 with a smaller enrollment. I'm sure Corbin has moved even further up the list because they are increasing in enrollment every year. To put this into perspective, Elliott County had a 2007 four year enrollment of 377 ranking them at 130 out of 200 schools.
King James
Saturday's second SF could be a Elliott-Shelby Valley matchup. The way Shelby Valley is playing right now Elliott would win by a landslide...
Lion Mania
King James--Not so sure. Some of their losses were with Justice out. Kind of like EC not having Ethan Faulkner. Before Justice went down they looked on top of their game beating Henry Clay by a large margin, Walton, GA by 20 something points, and thrashing Ashland by 53 points. My understanding is that he will be back at full throttle next week when the All A regional's start. When you have a terrific point guard and he is out that changes your team dramatically. Elisha is back playing and has been for the past 5 games, but is not near 100%. I doubt very seriously that he will be 100% by the All A. Without him at full strenght they are a totally different team.

Saw him in Summer AAU play and what a great little point guard. He is fun to watch play and much like the Faulkner's goes full throttle all game (when healthy).
