Coach, I appreciate the kind words and feel the same about you. You do a great job with your kids, coaches and program! i was extremely impressed with every aspect of your team this year and I think you have a fantastic team returning. We lost a lot of very talented kids to graduation but we really like the team we have returning and hope to make another run this fall! Should be several really good 4A teams this fall and hopefully we can be in the mix making another run this year! Good Luck Coach Preston and look forward to seeing you soon!

We scrimmage Lafayette every year and they have always been a program with a great deal of talent and a lot of class. It has always been a good scrimmage for us and Coach Shaw is a fantastic hire for their program in my opinion. All of us at Collins wish him and his program the best of luck!

Why was the SC/AC game a coachs battle. Anderson ALWAYS plays Shelby this style. Shelby hit FT'S and they win double digits. You will see the same game in District Finals. Both teams yet to play Spencer. Is there a chance of Spencer beating either of these teams?

Shelby...Loaded with alot of talent. Keep a couple of kids with team attitude and they are unbeatable. Shelby gets some play out of the 5 spot and mark them down as the KING of the BG.

How about Shelby Co. 1-10 in 08 to a 8-2 team with losses on the road to Bryan Station and Louisville Male. Brandon Cresap 21 TD'S and only 2 INT'S thru 7 games. Not sure about the numbers on the last 3 but I think 14TD's in the last 3 games and don't think there was pick anywhere in there either.

Cresap is the real deal. Good play by play Mike and both teams got some players in. I think you can say that Shelby ran the ball better than the numbers showed. Only negative on Shelby was the Sacks that Cresap had. I feel that if Shelby wanted, they could have put 40 on the board with ease.

Very good poll you have going here Mike. Calling for rain again this friday, how's the OCHS field holding up? Shelby JV took down another victim last night.

Take 4 teams that you have beaten, excluding those teams you are in tie with, and add their number of wins up. If after doing this and are still tied, you can bring a 5th team into it. Right now looks like BS with 22 SC with 19 and Laf with 13. Appears that Laf will finish 3rd since they have OPEN this weekend.

Big time call to go for 2 and the win..
