I am curious to know who "us all" is, and how Beechwood has rattled your cage. I hope an up comming opponent, and not just along list of success haters!

This is going to be a classic, quick offense against one of the stingiest"Ds" in the state. Coach Rash needs to find a way to contain the speedy recievers and backs. we have seen it before and handled it. Passing must be on target all night, high percentage slants and screens will work, throwing one up and let someone run under wont, too much speed.Our running backs, Tiepel, Bankamper, Davis and the newest star Ryan Amelung, will grind it out as usual. Beech wood needs to be prepared to keep up instaed of catch up. The Beechwood OC, Hergot? called his best game of the year, finaly let the boys play the game that they are capable of. Congrats to The Tigers I too thought it was the best performance by the "D" all year. As I posted before the ends were just to much for the Cougers. Just a gripe or two on the game. First whats up with the Enquirer, for a week leading up to the Regionals The Tigers were an after thought, if the Highlands locker room attendent stubbed his toe it would grab more press! The officials, wow! Just saw the ICN 6 preview show, they had an official explaining the holding call, need to get these guys a tape of that! I agree with you Chilly, however, I thought Davis allthough not used often enough, and Amalong(?) have added the same change of pace Tiepel does, that does not say that Tiepel does not take that to a higher level, just that Davis and amalong have done a great job in his absence. From what I have seen and heard, Holy Cross has size but not alot of skill to go with it, Beechwoods D, with its two all state canidates should handle them in a workman like fashion. I cant tell you how disapointed I was with the play of Bellevue. Not that they had 55 yards of offense, nor that I expected them to give Beechwood any game at all. It was the way they played the game. Sure they came out on fire, and I am sure that they kinda got caught by surprize when they were introduced to the real Tigers, the starters they did not meet in the regular season game, what did they expect our jv beat them up pretty good in that contest. Then the coaching thing, great example for the ! This is a program I held in high regard, not for the ability they had , but the way they conducted themselves. Back to square one for this program!

Well I see that they are still treating the water on the other side of 471 with mind altering drugs! Last time The Tigers faced eachother, Beechwood was without 4 or starters, so I cant see how things get better for Bellevue, they cant pull the same game plan off on Beechwood as they didi Dayton. IMO Beechwood 56 Bellevue 14

Congrats to Ludlow, gave us a go of it! Was disapointed in my Tigers however, stale play calling, and uninspired play, kept this game alot closer than it should have been. They need to get the basics handled, poor tackling for the third straight week. If the Tigers want to continue to win deeper in the playoffs, someone better light a fire!

Congrats to Dayton for a great season, did not get an opp to see the game, my heart was elsewhere! Dont know what happened the last two weeks, but they seemed to have lost the heart that they played with all year, need to look at the coach for that, did not sound like he had his team ready. IMO Bellevue takes Daytons dream season and makes it a nightmare, I dont know how big an upset that would be after Dayton fell apart against Carroll County, but being at home, I am sure Dayton is the favorite.

Drew Davis and Dominic Mainello from Beechwood have had many D1 inquires. Davis has spoken too UC, Nort Carolina and Mainello has Florida,Nebraska, UK, MSU and UC as well taking close looks. Cody Elliot has signed with Ball State (baseball). Keep you all posted after playoffs, Thats when it will start gearing up.

This has nothing to do with being "cocky" it has to do with getting the facts straight. I have read threads all season about Beechwood and what they do, 90% of them are wrong. I am ,as you have figured out by now, as close to the Beechwood football program as one can get, I do not state anything but facts about your Devils, so please do the same for the Tigers. If you are unsure of a situation, im me, instead of posting utter nonsense.

You have seen alot of players in the Dayton vs Beechwood game, simply because the Tigers were so far ahead they put in the 2nd string.

080, again you have no idea what your talking about, Hoffman, Mainello, Bailey, Bessie, Davis, Bankemper, Tiepel, Elliot, Amalong, Downton,Daniels I make that to be 11 of 11 two way starters, they shuffle in recievers for certain plays.

From what was posted, I understood Dayton played the starters all night, if that was wrong info, I understand. You can not tell me at the high school level, games don't matter. Dayton had a great season going, do you think the coach would tell them this one does not matter, give the guy more credit than that.l

Wow! What happen, just when you all had me convinced that Dayton was the real deal, they get humiliated by CC. The injuries would have played a big factor if you were playing Beechwwod or NCC, or even Bellevue for that matter, but CC? I think this shows what I believed to be true all along.

Sometimes the improvement on a team that is playing well is not quite as noticible, while the accomplishments of a mediocre team seem to stand out.

If you were sitting in the front row, did you have your back turned? It was not so much the call, but the length of time it took him to throw the flag. If a ref thinks he sees an infraction, the flag is to be thrown then and there not waiting to see if the play is made. This guy waited till the ball was thrown and caught for the td, and the go ahead score, before he evan reached for it. And the guy he called it on was a good 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

Great job Dayton! What is the status of the two players that got hurt? It would be a crying shame to get this far and be without two of your best players for the playoffs, nobody wants that. Get them healthy, you have time, again, congrats on a great season!!

Well said, It is not my intention to discredit the players and coaches of any program, I know all to well what it takes to compete, and I hold that in high regard. However, As much as you feel I dont give credit, I feel I have to defend, there is always an asterisk on a Beechwood win, well if it was'nt for fumbles or interceptions or bad calls or spots we would of beat them. Lets call a truce here, the season is at its end, I will give credit to the river wins, no if ands or buts, just a big congrats, and you do the same.

Where did I mention Beechwood? And if you read all my posts, not just the ones you wanted, you would see I did nothing but praise Bellevue and there people.
