Does anyone see any potential upsets in the brackets?

If you're looking strictly at where the teams are ranked in their district, then no.3 CovCath could definitely "upset" no.2 Dixie.

 

Also, no.4 Mercer County could possibly upset no.1 Lincoln County.

If Alex Matthews is 100%, Shelby Co. could possibly get Scott Co. Scott Co. edged the Rockets 40-34 in the teams' 1st meeting in Shelbyville.

Whitley versus letcher. they played close the first time and Whitley seems to be improving. Lebanion is going to play also is what I have heard.

Rockcastle vs. Knox Central....I think the rockets have a good chance to win it this time.

A sleeper IMO is hopefully the Dayton vs. Beechwood, matchup in the second round.

Nelson County over Greenwood

Trimble over Gallitan Co. Although it won't be much of an upset. Trimble has a different look and using more of the weapons on their team.

Evarts over Hazard.

 

Hazard may be undefeated but they seem to all be talking about how they can beat Beechwood and they have several teams who can beat them before they get to Beechwood.

Nelson County over Greenwood

 

Hard to call that one an upset when Nelson destroyed Greenwood in the regular season game.

With the disruptions off the field at CAL and Carroll County finally showing signs of life, maybe, just maybe, the Panthers can sneak up on 'em.

With Bell Co. and Catholic in the bottom bracket, I think Fairdale has a legitimate shot at being in the finals. On the other hand, they also could legitimately be beaten in the first round.

Hendo over Marshall?
