The Shamrocks win the 27th District and will host a 7th Region game next week. They won their two district games by a total of 5 points.

Way to go, Rocks and Coach Szabo.

Seneca good team so nice win.

Trinity by all accounts has two upset wins to capture district.

Seneca, Waggener, and Trinity were all 2-1 in the district this year with a loss and a win over each other. Trinity beat Seneca by a point way back in early December but got clobbered by Waggener just a couple weeks ago. Seneca lost that 1-point game to Trinity but got a 1-point win over Waggener just a couple weeks later.

I assume Seneca got the top spot because they opened the district tournament with 0-3 Atherton while Trinity and Waggener were playing each other.

I think they can win a game -- maybe even two -- if the pairings break right, but this whole thing runs through Male or Ballard and it would be a huge upset for someone else to win the 7th.

They played Male extremely well for 3 quarters. That was a game they could've won. I feel like they're good enough to get to the Sweet 16.

Male didnt have Howard Fleming when Seneca played Male. Male still won by 9 I believe
