Mason(#5-3A) comes off win over much smaller Paris(A). Boone County(#8-6A) loses a tight one to Scott County(#7-6A). How do you see this one playing out? Can Mason's D contain Farris(20 for 189yds 1 TD) AND Doucette(10 Rec. 116yds 1 TD)??? By the way this one is at Mason County.......Predictions????????

Coach Buchanan will need to come up witha defensive plan of some sort to slow down Boone's weapons or this one could get ugly. Cox,Jackson,Thompson,Tolle,etc. need to show up and then some.

Saw Mason County scrimage HHS a couple of months ago in a 7 on 7. I think BC's size and Corey Farris' running ability will enable BC to hold onto the ball at will.

Yeah, they're good. Their D-line looks big and quick, and they always seem to have good LB's.

Boone by a bunch, Farris 200+yds and 4 td's

I'll take Mason in the upset. Maybe the upset of the week. 21-17.

Mason really stepping it up here to take on the Boone Co. boys. Many teams won't take on such a toughie. Coach B at Mason likes to test his team early evidently. Boone will win. But hats off to the Royals...should pay off come district time. Russell won't seem as formidable after facing the Rebels.

I looked at the stats of last game. Did anybody else notice that BC did a 50=50 split between pass and run? QB was over 50 percent completion rating too.

Boone is just too big of a school, but Mason keeps it close for awhile with good talent.
