UK's starting guards played 109 minutes and committed a total of 4 turnovers.

That good?

The Kansas/Michigan State game is very anti-climatic for me.

Dicky V really makes you appreciate Jay Bilas working the UK game.

Freshman tonight......

Kentucky's - 37 points / 7 turnovers / 3 blocks / 15 rebounds

Duke's - 13 points / 9 turnovers / 2 blocks / 6 rebounds

Kentucky's > Duke's

I like Briscoe's moxy!

Fun fact about the second game. The combined age of Perry Ellis and Denzel Valentine: 64

They have used up more eligibility years than UKs entire team.

Search "Perry Ellis" on twitter, thank me later. :lol2:

Wow just wow. UK doesn't have the front line that we had last year, but boy does Marcus Lee make up for it with his intensity. The guard play is arguably the best Cal has had since his first season at Kentucky, and going into the game I thought the only way Kentucky loses is if Skal gets into foul trouble early, and they proved me wrong. I've said several times that this game in the grand scheme of things doesn't mean anything, and it really doesn't, but it does prove that this team is for real once again.

Duke has good wings, but doesn't have a point guard. UK has three. That's a major difference...

GT, how do you feel about UK this season ?

Even after beating an overrated Duke team, I'm not sold on them being much more than a sweet 16/elite 8 team.

Impressive win!

Thank you.

@JAMesoIII: Perry Ellis has a respectable hairline for a 37 year old male from the suburbs who works at Office Depot.

His wiki page is being destroyed :lol2:

The National Champion always has great guard play. This team is stacked at that position. I'm very optimistic. Murray, Ulis and Briscoe are the best trio I've seen at UK in a long, long time. Maybe ever. Those guys need a nickname.

Loved the way this team made the xtra pass. Unselfish play will take them far. At KU will be a tester.

Wait, wait, wait a minute. You said Duke was going to win anyway and that you were in. Then you went on to call out UK fans, and called us Cowards.

I was the one who said Duke was going to win anyways. Grizz made it clear from the jump that he didn't want to jinx his Jags and was down after they either won the division or were eliminated from winning the division.

Then he called y'all cowards. :lol2:

I haven't read the thread - may be repeating.

Highlight for me was the aggressiveness of AP on both ends of the floor. Needs to finish better but UK is exponentially better when he plays and leads like that.
