CCH vs. Beechwood Predictions

A recently schedueled game last week. The 2 top seeds in NKY CCH and Beechwood square off. Who comes out on top?

Depends on pitching. If Curley pitches... then CCH will have a tough time with the Beechies and their defense will have to hold up. Beechwood will ride Curley's arm as long as they can, and get their runs in before he goes out, unless he goes all the way.

Was told by one of the CovCath Mom's, that the game is Wednesday, but she didn't know whether it was at CovCath or Beechwood.....

CCH's schedule says that the NC game that was supposed to be played on 4/3 has been rescheduled for 4/5.

Not that I know of. I'm guessing he's playing AAU b-ball.

I wouldn't see why Curley would pitch for an unscheduled game.

Where are they in their rotation? I know he did not pitch in their last game and its probably been a week since he's pitched.

 

That adds up to him pitching, I'd think.

The khsaa.org site shows Beechwood in the Southern States Spring Break tourney on Wednesday.

With Curley or Moore on the mound Beechwood is the better choice IMHO. That said, I doubt they'll see either one before District or Regional tournament time, even if this is a seeding game.
