I think it is Dean of Students at Royal Springs Middle School in Scott County. I think it takes him about 2-3 minutes to get to school each day!

I heard it isn't true about Happy. I guess anything can happen but this seems like a stretch to me.

Would anything surprise anyone coming from Montgomery Co at this point?

Bigger picture: since the new superintendent was hired there has been a new coach every year.

There has been LOTS of turnover with teachers as well. I believe a friend told me that every school administrator (principals and assistant principals) has been replaced in this same time frame.

 

I'm not saying it is right or wrong... But anyone who did their research knew that Mr. Powell's typical procedure is to come in and run lots of people off.

From someone I trust, it's a ticked off money guy. Maybe unhappy with the direction of the program, and his kid's role in it.:idunno:

Man I really hate to hear this. I talked with Jason last year before he took the job and voiced my concerns about job security at MoCo. He is such a great person on and off the court. I sure hope he finds a great place to teach and coach next year, that will appreciate him as a person and coach.

Unhappy with the direction of the program ? What ? ! And it's a public school, so I would think money is only going to go so far…..

Is everyone completely sure that he was forced out for some reason because when the class goes, the coach goes. Coach Starns and others can say all they want but if he had Burns and Steward back and if Holland had a couple of starters back they would be back, getting so tired of this one and done coaching.
