Correction...two people I trust now say we might see a return of Happy Osborne.

 

Seeing this thread, that thought popped into my head.

North is what i heard as well. Didnt Happy just hire Doss coach? Hire a guy and then leave? Hopefully that guy would get KWC job and not be left out in cold??? What is going on down that way? HA!!!!!!!

My assumption is it goes much deeper than the AD.

Happy Osborne will be the next coach and AD at Montgomery County. Goodwin will be new coach at Ky Wesleyan. That is word around Mt. Sterling.

In politics, we'd call this a bloodless coup.

Griesser--left for more money, wise--didn't fit I heard, (had only been to one at this point) happy--college, Holland, idk? would argue this point. They have been to two in history.

If the requirement is state tourney or bust, someone has their aspirations pretty high. Too high most years.

First I will say I have been wrong before, But I just do not see this happening..unles Happy has gone off the deep edge..How could he spend all those years at Gtown and then start bouncing around like a ping pong ball. Even if he is unhappy at KWU, to step back and take another mans job,,Time will tell.....

Happy will not be back..I'd be shocked if that were to happen. I hope they have someone in mind because who would want to work there? Five coaches in five years?

Someone I trust now tells me that Happy will be the AD only.
