November 21, 201213 yr Hate this for the kid. Either he is sick or unhappy either way not how college basketball is suppose to be. Should be the most fun years of your life.
November 21, 201213 yr This is all speculation, but if he is leaving, there must be something we aren't aware of. He has been on campus for a year and part of the team so there shouldn't be anything about the UK experience that would cause he to leave now.

November 21, 201213 yr After sitting out a year you would think he's ready to get out there and finally play. No matter how much he hated it or didn't want the pressure I'm sure he would rather play now than to wait another year and a half. Who knows what the deal is but I certainly hope he doesn't transfer, see no reason why he would. Definitely don't want to cause a stir here, and don't even believe this myself. But one thought that did pop in my head was how the Lakers handled the Magic Johnson HIV situation in the 30 for 30 documentary "The Announcement". They used the excuse flu like symptoms for almost two weeks while awaiting the results of certain tests. Again not saying I think this is what it is, like I said it was just a thought. But it would be crazy if it did turn out to be a serious virus, whether Hep C, HIV, etc. The mystery and intrigue surrounding the situation as well as the fatigue, weight loss, and blood tests help fuel a storm of what if scenario's.
November 21, 201213 yr If he only played in 1 game and was limited because of a medical issue could he be a medical redshirt. Then transfer at Semester break and be eligible to play right away next year?
November 22, 201213 yr If he only played in 1 game and was limited because of a medical issue could he be a medical redshirt. Then transfer at Semester break and be eligible to play right away next year? No. He already used up a redshirt year on the transfer. He would just lose a full year unless both were medical related.
November 22, 201213 yr I really don't think it's related to how things were going in practice or playing time or what not. I think it's either completely health related or health related and perhaps some family issues have come up just recently. I don't think Coach Cal would post on the internet that Harrow worked out and lifted in hopes of getting back on the floor soon if the young man was heading for the exit......
