Central Hardin ranked over Meade County?

Meade County has 2 wins better than any of Central’s 3 wins. Why do most have Central ranked so much higher? Both had bad records last year (even though last year shouldn’t matter). Thoughts?

I guess we will see Oct. 18. I'll agree with you that Meade's win over Franklin-Simpson was a good win over a great program that still will have a good season. But PRP is not very good nor were they last (2-9 with 7 or 8 running clocks). It's still early in the season plus Central Hardin has played one more game.

Touché. I just hate team/player rankings in general. Especially early in seasons. Best team wins in the end.

Maybe because Tim Mattingly hasn't lost to Meade County since leaving that program in 2014.

2015 through 2018 has NOTHING to do with this year. Central Hardin is really good this year. But they've beaten no one at all. Meade has a really good win at Franklin-Simpson and PRP is better than anyone Central Hardin has played.

Looks like this debate took another hit tonight. Central Hardin beat Elizabethtown pretty good 57-40. And then Meade County lost to a John Hardin team that hasn’t won all year until tonight when they beat Meade County 28-20. Guess that’s why Central Hardin is ranked above Meade County. That’s the same John Hardin who Central Hardin put a thumping on 50-6 also.
