Colonels_Wear_Blue
Archbishop Alter was the Ohio D3 runner up last season, and lost in the state semifinals in 2016. Solid team. The Patriots' left guard Joe Thuney played for the Knights.

ATLCat
Like it.. might be biting off more than they can chew with Kettering Alter though. Hopefully they can add a solid game for their tenth. As it stands Belfry plays three State Runner-Ups from 2018

Say what you want about Philip Haywood, but he didnt become Kentucky's all-time wins leader by ducking competition. Love how Haywood has always been willing to "play up" against bigger teams. Whether in Kentucky or surrounding states he has never been afraid to take a chance at taking a "L" in the regular season to improve his teams. Despite winning 6 Titles Belfry has never had an undefeated season.
ATLCat
Looks like Belfry added Division 1 Sycamore (OH) as their tenth game. 8-23 at Southwestern 8-30 vs. Lexington Christian Academy 9-6 vs. Sycamore (OH) 9-13 at Kettering Alter (OH) 9-20 vs. Pikeville 9-27 vs. Magoffin County 10-4 at Floyd Central 10-18 vs. Lawrence County 10-25 at Pike Central 11-1 vs. Johnson Central
ATLCat
Quick correction, it is NOT Sycamore Ohio the Division 1 team outside of Cincy It is Bishop Sycamore from Columbus, OH. They will be fielding their first official team.It is apparently the re-boot of Christian of Faith Academy with the OHSAA ruled was ineligible for the playoffs. They went 1-9 but played a Murderer's Row schedule including St. Ignatius, Huber Heights Wayne, and teams from TX, PA, St. Louis, and Canada. Not exactly sure what to expect of them. They appear to be a wildcard.
BuckNut
Southwestern. Not Southwest Pulaski. Not being snarky, just making a correction

They appear to be a wildcard. Here's the school website. Not a whole lot of meat there about the school. They also have a brand new Twitter account for their football team...new enough that they aren't following anyone yet, and it looks like I'm their first follower. I don't believe Bishop Sycamore has been sanctioned by the OHSAA. The Pirates are back to having open dates on Sept 6th and Oct 11th.
