Getslow
Cards actually won the second half, but dug themselves a massive hole in a very poor first half. Gave up WAY too many offensive rebounds and gave UNC too many easy looks in the paint, something the Cards effectively shut down during the big win in Chapel Hill a few weeks ago. Time to buck up and get it together. Just over 48 hours until a trip to Blacksburg and the #12 Hokies.

tcjkbt
I wish every UL player played as hard as Sutton. What a gem.
Getslow
Carolina won the rebounding battle 46-31 To a certain extent, I get what Mack was trying to do. He was willing do give up some defensive rebounds in order to get guys back and prevent fast break points. Unfortunately, it just didn’t seem to work in huge chunks of this game, and all those offensive rebounds don’t result from that strategy, they result from just getting beat. It was like the opposite of the first game. UNC got to every 50/50 ball and made every clutch play.
tcjkbt
UL's inside players got thoroughly outplayed, I thought, especially compared to the first UNC game.
TheDeuce
They got bullied. When Malik Williams made his first shot, a three, I knew he would be worthless the rest of the game.
hrcarrier
Totally different games played by both teams and on the road for each team that won, which is odd. On to Blacksburg and hopefully they leave with a win. I still feel good about playing Virginia Tech.
