The loss of Toller has to factor in to the rankings. I personally thought Sacred Heart was the favorite until the news of her injury, and Sacred Heart hasn't been the same juggernaut since the LIT. I think 1-2-3 are all very close and could probably go any way...

If GRC and Campbell Co face each other in the region. I think it will be a battle.

A GRC vs CC battle in region is inevitable. They are clearly the best 2 teams in the region -- they will meet in semi's or finals. Earlier this year felt CC would easily coast through the season (which they did) and then through the regional tourney. However, while not a complete surprise, GRC is playing much better which could make things a bit interesting.

CC will still win the region though making the KHSAA brass jump for joy via their total domination of fans in the seats @ BB&T Arena!

I think you can bet the mortgage these two are going to meet in the region tourney. Only question is do they meet in semis or final. Hopefully it's a great game. And I agree BB&T arena and khsaa will silently be praying for a camels win. Campbell in sweet 16 playing multiple games would be huge for attendance in this tourney.

Recall 2 years ago when CC made it and the monster crowd they brought. Really impressive and terrific for the venue ... unless you had to play against them! LOL

CC gonna have to take care of business vs GRC though. Think they will but for sure the GRC now versus earlier this year is a bit different.

Find it really hard to fathom that CC could in any way disrespect GRC in Regionals. GRC was the team that made the dance last year vs CC. Extremely obvious that CC has been having the better year vs GRC. Enough of a better year to discount GRC? No way.

On other hand, this is a crazy time of year and crazy things happen. CC can be filled to the brim with the correct amount of respect for GRC, but then the ol nerves kick in and suddenly you have a ballgame. Really doubt that happens either though. CC on a mission this year ...

Valhalla -- actually Mason County was the team that knocked out the Lady Camels last year and GRC beat the Lady Royals to advance to the Sweet 16. Having the tournament at Mason County might give them a little boost to make some noise in the 10th Region.

How many districts besides the 33rd have 2 teams in the top 20?

Only game that matters in Region (easily) is GRC vs CC. Mason isn't anything like the force they were last year. Yeah, they could gain from some home court advantage ... but not that much given they don't have near the talent as last year.
