Tony Stewart runs over Kevin Ward????????

Twitter is blowing up right now that Tony Stewart intentionally ran over fellow driver Kevin Ward at a track in New York.

If this is true..........................

Word is that Kevin Ward is dead.

Not jumping to conclusions, but a dirt track is a bad place for road rage.

One report says Stewart's vehicle "fishtailed" into Ward. Not sure we can call it intentional at this point in time.

He won't get the benefit of the doubt. People will say he should have been more cautious with a person out of their vehicle walking towards him.

Has ESPN picked this up yet?

Not sure but word was that he was laying motionless on the track.

@danielfarish: @KySportsRadio My sources (very good) say Ward approached Stewart's car under caution, contact was not intentional. Ward has passed away.

@danielfarish: I doubt it was intentional, but this why you never approach a car even under caution. Regardless, sick to my stomach for his fam/our sport.
