I really think you are underestimating Mason County over the next few years. From Sophomores to the 8th grade right now they are stacked.

Take the Royals by 10 in the rematch. Hopefully a better game then the first time these two met.

37th- Brossart champion-Scott Runner up 38th- Pendleton Champion- Deming Runner up 39th- Mason Champion- St. Pat Runner up 40th- Montgomery Champion- GRC Runner up Im predicting an upset in the 40th and also a possible District championship for Scott High should be two real competitive games if all plays out as it is predicted.

That is the exact same way that Catholic played us and not many fouls were called until the end when it was all said and done.

I cheer for the 10th region team and if Lexington Catholic is in it i cheer for them because i have a cousin that goes there. Its really about your ties to different programs.

I just didnt like the enviroment. And it just didnt feel like you were in a big gym there i dont know i guess once you get use to the Fieldhouse nothing else compares.

I was in the montgomery gym for a game and not to sound biased but i really didnt like it. By looking at it i dont think there is anyway you fit 4500 people in that gym. I would not mind going to Montgomery County to watch a regional game but if I think there would be alot more people turned away then if the game was played in Maysville. And Starmayor was right Clark and Montgomery have almost identical sized gyms.

I think the Menke your referring to is Keller the Freshman shes a very good young player but her older sister Blaine who is a Sophomore plays J.V ball.

I thought he was an awesome guy and better coach i hope theres a head coaching position given to him soon i think he would do well with an upcoming program. Hes young and energetic could really pick up a program that has struggled or never really gotten started.

It matters alot. If you dont draw Mason the first round then you at least have a shot at going to Region and thats big for all 3 other schools. For example Augusta last year they were beat in the district finals but the whole town was shut down with celebration last year just because they got to play in march at the Fieldhouse.
