Congrats to the Eagles, Good luck at Rupp make the 15th proud. Valley keep your heads up, you guys played well it was anyone's game and region for that matter. There is bright future for both schools.

Awesome tournament run by the Golden Eagles. Three wins by a total of 10 points. Great job by the coaching staff. To coaches Starns, Rice, McKenzie and Knott...my hat goes off. Johnson Central had three opportunities to lay day in three consecutive games and they didn't.

 

Boy's enjoy your experience at Rupp. These opportunities don't come along too often.

CONGRATS TO THE EAGLES!! You have represented the 57th and Johnson County well. It would have been nice to have seen an all Johnson County final, but the Tigers just didn't show up or get it done. Thanks for finishing it on behalf of us Johnson Countians. It would have been disappointing to see SV win the Region again.

CONGRATS EAGLES! The tide has really turned in Johnson County - this year alone Central has had a great football season, their boys golfers won the region, and now their boys basketball team has also won the region. Not to mention how phenomenal the school is doing academically. Also congrats to the JCHS pep section - I was there all nights of the tourney and it was the classiest and loudest of the bunch. Good luck at Rupp!
