Is this only for 9th and 10th Region?

McCreary Central - 12th Region

There is a new student that moved from Southwestern to McCreary that apparently has some "good basketball skills," but I have no idea if he is playing, so I will base this off of last year.

G - Josh Bartley - - - SENIOR

G - Aaron Watts - -- FRESHMAN

G - Adam Swiger - -- JUNIOR

F - Josh Phillips -- ---JUNIOR

F - Devin Gibson/Corey Waters ------- SENIOR

Bench

G - Lucas Gregory

F - Chris Hale

G - Anthony Musgrove

G - Danny Lay

F - Larry Tucker

F - BJ Duncan*

*Don't know if he'll be playing.

Southwestern transfer is about 6'5 and apparently is a "better than average/good" ballplayer

Scott High School - 10th region

Starters:

G - Nathane Sharp ---- Senior

G/F - Chris Quigley -----Senior

F - Danny Miller --------Senior

G/F - Kenny Felts ------Senior

G or F - ? (G-Ryne Smith - S, G -Drew Castleman - S, or possibly a Sophmore forward)

Bench:

Will be young and inexperienced.

And small

For CCH, I would guess the lineup would be as follows:

C - Cahill

PF - Schult

SF - Bovard

SG - Jacobs (but he will see time at the point)

PG - Brown? Possibly Roll also.

Those 5 seniors will see a lot of playing time, but they might not all start, but that's my guess.

Is Sam playing? Even if he is, I'm not sure you'd see he and Schult starting together -- just my opinion.

Pretty much so!

See who?

If Cahill is playing, he needs to get bigtime PT. I don't think he will, but he SHOULD.

FWIW, I think CCH's best lineup would be this.

PG - Roll

SG - Jacobs

SF - Bovard

PF - Cahill

C - Schult

This is a smaller, quicker lineup but with the way Listerman "wants" to play, it'll fit perfectly.

Schmerge should get a decent amount of time at the 3. When he's in, I think you slide Jacobs down to the point and Bovard to the 2. Jacobs is the best PG on the team, but he is much more effective at the 2, IMO.

You think Roll starts over Bondick? What about Luke and Grimes?

I still don't think Mike will start Sam and Billy together, assuming Sam is playing this year.

Yes, Roll starts over Bondick. I completely forgot about Grimes.

Grimes will probably start at the 3, making Jake start at the 1 & Bo at the 2. That is, assuming Cahill starts.

Then again, the "best" lineup is not the one that I anticipate to start.

I'd venture to guess that Cahill will not be in the starting lineup, assuming he plays.

I'd expect Maile to come off the bench, at least for the start of the season...we all know how Listerman loves to shuffle the lineups, though.

.

I'm pretty sure Sam is out of the equation.

To start the season:

Bondick, TJ, Bo (once he gets in from football), Schult, and Grimes. A small but athletic team.

Who is going to start for Pendleton County?

I also forgot about Grimes for CCH. He will get big PT I'm sure.

Any way you look at it, CCH will have a lot of depth this year, just not a dominant big man.

Does this year's depth rival the depth of the '04 senior class? - Probably not because the '04 team was very big. But the depth will hold well for the Colonels.
