CSI Miami Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Way to go Mason! How many seniors will clark lose? Sounds like Jones couldn't hit the gimmes!
Hilltopper2005 Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 Jones had a huge game except at the foul line. He had 25 points and 10 rebounds.
Tiger1 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Can someone please provide the all tournament team. Thanks
The Professor Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Big advantage to have the tournament on your home court every year. 3 points is a big deal when one team has to travel for nearly 2 hours while the other can rest and run over to the gym 20 minutes before the game. This needs to be changed. Too many arguments about parking, seating, and money. Someone needs to consider the kids after a while.

Hilltopper2005 Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 Free Throws GRC 9 of 22 while Mason was 16 of 23 and that was the difference not the parking, seating, money, or bus ride!
The Professor Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006  Well, then go to sleep:lol: . Maybe you'll wake up to the reality that Clark fans have to experience in the morning.
DiggerBill Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 This surprises me, I really felt comparing the 2 teams that Clark Co. was ready and that Mason Co. was a year away from going to Rupp. Sounded like a great game on the Web, isn't the Internet great. Just goes to show the young, up and coming players how important the free throws are in a game. When shooting less than 50% from the line you'll not win many games.
Hilltopper2005 Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 Sorry Tiger1 they did not give the All Tournament team on WCYN radio.
Tiger1 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Sorry Tiger1 they did not give the All Tournament team on WCYN radio. Thanks. Maybe someone at the game will be able to do it.

A long bus ride over the course of 3 nights does make a difference, particularly when it's a 3 point game. Advantage---Home Team. Maybe it could contribute to a few missed free throws, or maybe fatigue.
Bird Man Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Mason County has won the 10th Region four out of the last five years. Year to year, they truly are the most dominant team in the region.
