Warren Central/Holmes Predictions (2/6)
Bird Man replied to Walter's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
If anyone knows any information if they are playing, please post it. Thanks -
I feel as if it is a the draw sets up for a good tournament. First thing I checked was to make sure the mountain schools didn't draw one another. Bottom bracket definitely is weaker, but Clark Co. would be fun to watch in the finals. Holmes got a horrible draw again. Almost mirror image of last years draw. Could of used a little help this year. Sweet 16 is so awesome.

Christian County vs. Holmes

I promise this Christian Co. has not face this kind of D all year. The may quit after first quarter. Holmes will make you earn every basket you get. The problem is Holmes keeps everybody in the game with their style. But hey if its not broke why fix it. 32-2. Good luck Holmes. -

1st seat on the bench should be left open EVERY single game. Bill Keightley was the most famous equipment manager ever. RIP Mr. Wildcat.

Marshall High School in Illinois won the 3A title. Reminds me of Arthur Agee and the movie "Hoop Dreams." I wonder if there were any Agees on that team?? -

If you can go through an entire season and only lose 3 games you have to be doing something right. Congrats Coach Henley and the Holmes Bulldogs! -

Best 10th Region Teams since 1984 and why?
Bird Man replied to LIVINGOUTADREAM's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
Have to go with 2003 State Championship team from Mason County. -
I find it unique that the final score of this game 71-42 is the same final score from the 2005 10th region finals between Pendleton and Mongomery except there was a different winner this time. Congrats to Montgomery for advancing. Good luck against Scott. I just want to say congratulations Pendleton County for not only winning the 38th district but overcoming a lot of adversity this season and playing your best basketball at the end of the year. PC players and coaches, you have nothing to be ashamed of. Congrats seniors on hanging some more district numbers in the gym and good luck in whatever you decide to do. Underclassmen, remember what it felt like to win the district and use that as inspiration for the off-season and the 2008-2009 season.
