Knowles scores only 2 points in the first half, but scores 16 in the 3rd quarter. Robell Rogers had his best game tonight.

Great Road win Cards :ylsuper:

Looks like Clark is the region's #2 at this point. Congrats.

Sorry I din't get any stats on Mason...maybe one of the Royal faithful will post them.

Great win by the Cards and dont let the final fool you i dont think it was really this close. It was all Cards tonight Mason was without Starter Brad Pawset tonite but it wouldnt have mattered.Mason made a little run there late but other than that it was all GRC.I hope the Royals get it going soon March is almost here.Pc and GRC are defiently the 2 best teams in the 10th right now and should battle for the right to Rupp there the 2 best ive seen all year and ive seen all the teams in the top 10.Knowles is just spectactular has a great shot but really needs to loose the lip but he is a great talent.Nobody could guard him in the 2nd half tonite.Lets just hope from a Mason standpoint GRC and PC draw the same bracket :D or its between those 2.Royals should get well Tuesday nite as they host Bracken Cty and good luck to GRC the rest of the way,Gold sunrise your Cards made you proud tonite by dominating in the Fieldhouse. :thumb:

Great post you are a classy guy :thumb: How long had it been since GRC had beaten the royals at Mason....1998?

I love it when these tow play each other..both great teams with great respect for each other. Knowles 16 points in the 3rd was great. Robell Rogers and Green really picked it up a notch tonight. The Cards got themselves into foul trouble but had great help from the bench.

Best of luck to you and your Royals.....Oh by the way I will let you all have the honor of drawing PC in your bracket in the region...it is your home floor... :D

Preston Knowles is the man.

Fun kid to watch, very athletic and very underrated.

I love the way he plays I had heard him mentioned a few times before this year, but it really didn't do him justice until I saw him in person.

Great road win for the Cardinals. Clark County is definetly the biggest obstacle between Pendleton County and Rupp Arena. Obviously the key to beating them is stopping Knowles, but I don't know if there is anybody in the region that can. I still think PC is a heavy favorite to repeat as region champs, but Clark is definetly gaining a little ground, especially after that close call in Winchester earlier in the year.

PC the favorite...yes....heavy favorite....don't think so.

Very impressive victory in the Fieldhouse.....

GRC will regain the #2 spot in the weekly FreakNasty 10th region power poll......

Would this not be a good little regional semi.......

Knowles is the best player in the 40th by 5 fold, he's something else.....

Miller with 8, and fouling out early, obviously hurt the Royals. You can defintely tell the difference when he is not on the floor.....

PC the favorite...yes....heavy favorite....don't think so.

I partially agree with you, gold sunrise. If you can somehow get PC in foul trouble, especially Elrod or Mains, the team is not nearly as effective. However, when everyone is healthy and out of foul trouble, I don't think there is a team in the region that can stop them. They have too many weapons.
