Depends on which Trinity team shows up The one from last week and it'll be a good game and very tight. The one from Male and Cincy X will roll. Let's hope they can finally string two good weeks in a row together.

Congrats to Coach Cobb and the Shamrocks! A nice week when you sweep your rivals. Even better when you outscore them 130-50 in the three games. They made St. X look very, very ordinary on offense and very, very slow on defense.

For one thing, a freshman starting at QB. Johnson was fantastic tonight but he's still a freshman. When they establish the run and he's playing with poise they are really good.

Total domination And the 10 that dress JV and varsity did not even play. Freshman class is deep and talented for Shamrocks and just the opposite at X

Should have been happening already. And has in other states (certain cities not entire state am I talking about) for a long time. Was shocked a few years ago when I went to a game in Georgia and it was that way. Male and Ballard will still get a huge crowd but will be minus all the clutter in that area down by the concession stand. Was lots of fights there last weekend.

DeSales is better But Fern Creek (team North Oldham beat) is a lot better than Seneca (team DeSales beat) So, while DeSales has taken steps I still think NO gets the win, 24-17

Will JT Haskins play? That's the biggest question heading into this one. Was hurt late against Trinity

Manual will win The Crimsons have the talent to be one of the top 3-4 teams in the state. We shall see if they can get there, but they are really talented.

Running clock in this one Stone will get some yards but they won't stop St. X's offense

Atherton is so, so, so very much improved. Hats off to coach White. They have a really good senior in Andre Steele. Just saw a highlight run of his on a 91-yard TD - maybe the play of the week.

Ha! An even funnier stat to me Trinity 33 plays and 13 came on the opening drive. The statement on the opening drive set the tone.

Trinity had the ball for all of 5 minutes in the second half. Not going to say they are back just yet....it's only one game...but that was certainly more like it The biggest difference to me for Trinity? The offensive line....the left tackle and left guard manhandled the Defenders.

Yes, but they had minus-20 yards rushing and I think I saw it was 62 plays for BS to 33 for Trinity.

My hands are too cold to type much But great half by Station until the very end. You absolutely have to take the points against Trinity. Just a terrible decision after such a good half of play (minus the penalties). Rocks in a dogfight

By the way, Kellan McLaughlin is so good. Congrats to him. Kicked his 18th FG of the season - which ties him for the state record. I believe he now has 35 for his career, which is second all-time in the state. Kid is special and a weapon.

Hmmm, Go Rocks! Jeremiah Lynn with four TDs. The sophomore ran for two TDs and had two punt returns. A little more lopsided than I expected.

Another big game for Cortez Stone. Kid is special. And now the Jackets get a Logan County team that hasn't allowed 1,000 yards rushing this season.

Center Grove was much, much bigger. Moeller was bigger and I'd say St. X overall is bigger and Carmel wasn't small.

That's true But still the defense is pretty darn good. So maybe it won't be like the previous meetings (281-17 combined score if I counted correctly) but will still take close to a perfect effort for the Pioneers to win. By the way, I hope it's a better game. Those previous five were boring.

Cortez Stone will continue his amazing run He'll get 200-plus yards in a blowout. He has almost 600 yards in the last three games and over 1,500 for the season
