Rocks travel to Independence and remind the Pioneers what big boy football looks like.

Competitive for a half, but SK couldn’t keep up in the 2nd half. Special teams were a big part of this one, back to back punt returns for TD by Trinity, along with several FGs.

As expected, Crone was the lone bright spot for the Pioneers. Heck of a game and an even better career for him.

Trinity wins. Great season Pioneers!

To many mistakes cost the Pioneers.

Allen 139 yards rushing 1 td

Stansbury 41 yards rushing 1 td

Lynn 33 yards 2 tds

Congrats to the Rocks. Depth and speed took its toll on the second half. Nice season by SK and it was a fun first half.

Great highschool career Chase Crone!

SK had a good senior class heck of some football players!

Like I said this is still Trinity. With St. X losing does this make Trinity the favorite. Not a lock by no means but possibly the favorite.

That was very fun to listen to.

The incredible Pioneers gave a season high 51 (for the Rocks) while mustering a staggering 20 points.

Wow, the hoopla was well deserved.

Crone 121 yards passing  and 132 yards rushing 2 tds

Lawson 48 yards rushing

Williams 5 catches 70 yards

Was pretty even the first half. Fake punt by T changed everything.

Fake punt was a big play, but Trinity knew SK couldn’t hang in the long run. They played their game and SK folded.

Losing by 31 probably stings a little.

Any input on that? What about all the stats you posted? What happened?

Too many mistakes cost the Pioneers.

Trinity probably had a lot to do with those mistakes.
